Going to see houses with her was awesome -- she is fun, professional, and very helpful. I 100% believe we got the home we bought because of Veronica and Compass. She showed us the home premarket (it was being listed by another agent she works with), and we were able to see the home and submit an offer early, which is a huge advantage in Livermore! She knew how much we loved the home and was able to guide us when TWO OTHER OFFERS snuck onto the table right after ours. It was so stressful for us, but with her guidance we managed to up our offer, make it competitive, and ultimately get the home of our dreams. Once we went into contract, Veronica went above and beyond explaining every step of the way (often picking up slack when we were not guided so clearly by others we were working with). At 9 or 10 PM she would still happily answer the phone and answer our questions, check up on us throughout the week, and finally celebrate with us when we finally got our keys! I say "finally" but we managed to pull of a pretty fast close! :) The cherry on top was Veronica's sweet gestures when we closed: taking photos of us, giving us cookies and a lovely housewarming gift.
